Hi, I'm Ziggy
Ziggy has officially landed in his foster home, and at just 1 year old and 25 pounds, he's already proving to be an irresistible mix of sweetness, silliness, and full-throttle puppy enthusiasm. He loves people, loves attention, and loves playtime - basically, It joy had tour legs and a wiggly butt, it would look a lot like Ziggy.
This little guy arrived to FBV with infections in both ears and some lesions along his neck from a prong collar. Those days are behind him now: he's rocking a harness, getting all the meds, wipes, and ointments he needs, and healing beautifully. His vet suspects he may have some mild allergies, but otherwise he's a healthy, happy boy who's already been neutered and is ready to keep learning.
Ziggy is all about making friends - he adores every person he meets and seems to love other dogs too. He's currently working on slow, positive introductions with the resident dog and doing great so far.
He had 2 weeks of board and train in his previous home.
However, like any young pup, he still needs to polish up on some of his manners:
•Potty training
•House manners
• Leash pulling
•Building a positive association with the crate
He's eager, goofy, and so willing to learn - the kind of dog who makes you laugh even when he's being a little bit of a rascal.
Ziggy isn't quite ready for adoption, but one thing is already crystal clear: whoever gets to call this boy theirs is going to feel incredibly lucky. He's a really, really good boy with a whole lot of personality and even more love to give.
